Today, well I guess yesterday now, Linh, Jen, Alyson, Evan, Brandon, Miranda, my madre, and I went to the sharks gameeee! Well, actually, first we went to pick everyone up then we went to Flames for dinner. Yum. We pretty much laughed the whole time and Jen&Aly bumped their heads on the window because they were laughing too hard. x) Crazy girlies. Mhm, then we headed to the game. We were all decked out in sharks gear, of course. Looking cute too. ;) We parked across the street and walked to the HP Pavilion. We found our seats at like 7:10. We sat right in front of Oiler fans, BLEH. Game started at 7:30.
Well after the first period we were down 1 to 0. Then the 2nd period started and both teams began to get a little more aggressive. There were tons of fights! Poor lemiunx(sp), he put up a good fight for a forty-something year old though. =] Hmmm, almost everyone got thrown out! Okay, well like three people. Lol. By the end of the period we were up 3 to 2. Yeeee. During the intermission we found Mary and some of the other Ortegas. The 3rd period began shortly and more fights occured. Crazy shittt.
We ended up winning 4 to 2. Pavelski, Marleau(2), and Thortnon scored with various assists, including my boo CHEECHOO! Yes Alyson, MY boo. Haha.
Glad I got to take you to your first NHL game, bestie!
All in all, it was a great night.
